These terms cover your use of Deal Champ during its private beta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@dealchampcre.com.
The beta
Deal Champ is pre-release software offered by invitation. Features may change or be removed, the service may be unavailable at times, and data may be reset during the beta. Access is free unless we agree otherwise in writing, and we may end beta access at any time.
Your account
Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your organization.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents and information you upload and to the models and files you generate. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including any confidentiality obligations that apply to it.
Not investment advice
Deal Champ is an analysis tool. Model outputs and the assistant's answers can be incomplete or wrong, AI responses in particular. Check results before relying on them. Nothing in the service is investment, legal, tax, or appraisal advice, and you are responsible for your own investment decisions.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other organizations' data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer it, resell access, or use it for anything unlawful.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve Deal Champ without any obligation to you.
No warranty
The beta is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Deal Champ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the beta.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops and will revise the date above when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
